An Experiential Approach to Wellness

Experiential therapies are a cornerstone of my practice, and they differ from traditional talk therapy in several specific ways. These forms of therapy aim to:

Harness mindfulness for deep self-exploration and transformation rather than symptom management.

 

Create a safe and focused therapeutic space for profound understanding and awareness.

Some of the types of experiential therapy I use in my practice include: ​

Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, and more

Since no single technique works for everyone, my goal is to integrate various modalities to create a personalized healing path that’s unique to your needs.

A light in the darkness

Jen has an extraordinary ability to come alongside anyone struggling with grief or trauma. She is an encourager with a deep well of wisdom that she imparts with grace and empathy. Jen supported me in a very dark season that included the loss of my husband and the loss of a lifelong home and friends as I moved across the country. I highly recommend Jen as someone who can be a light in the darkness.
