Your body holds keys to healing
We are not taught to trust our bodies. We ignore them, check out, and even despise them sometimes.
But what if our body was the most knowledgeable guide available to us?
This is the somatic approach. Your body has been working hard to protect you from everything you’ve been through. It knows and remembers every part of your life’s journey – every sorrow, every joy, every grief, every pain.
When we invite our bodies into the process of healing, we can:

-
Begin to process grief, anxiety, shame and other emotions
-
Discover or rediscover a sense of safety in our bodies
-
Find joy in our every day
-
Heal from chronic pain
Welcome! I'm Jen.
Over the last 18 years, I've worked to recover from past trauma, find my way through overwhelming depression, recovered from an eating disorder, walked friends and family into death, navigated my own divorce, and redefined my beliefs about the divine. So I get it...healing is hard.
Often there were no words for what I was going through. I felt stuck in all the hard things and unable to move forward in my life. It was here that I began to learn and understand the important role our body plays in healing and growth.
How We’ll Work Together
Healing and growth is a journey, not a destination.
I’m here to help you on that journey.

Explore
You’ll have the opportunity to share your story with me and tell me about your goals. We'll see if we're a good fit to work together.
2

I have a big toolbox filled with lots of tools. Working together, we will choose modalities that resonate best with you and your needs to deepen the healing process.
3
Grow
You’ll gain a greater sense of Self so that you can continue to process and grow in your journey toward wholeness.
